Israeli-born, Los Angeles-based rock artist Sima Galanti is a boundary-pushing performer whose raw vocals and explosive energy turn personal pain into power with unshakable purpose.

After moving to New York City in search of freedom and identity, she forged a bold, emotionally charged sound inspired by Tool, A Perfect Circle, Björk, Alanis Morissette, Massive Attack, and The Cranberries.

Trained by renowned vocal and acting coaches including Don Lawrence, Melissa Cross, and Susan Batson, Sima honed her craft with intensity and heart. Her debut album This Is My Truth (2012) laid the foundation for a string of powerful releases, including the anthemic Runaways and electrifying covers of Love Is a Battlefield and Material Girl.

In the aftermath of the October 7th attacks in Israel, Sima channeled grief and spiritual reckoning into Devotion (2024), a bilingual song rooted in Hebrew prayer and wrapped in thunderous guitars. The track and its self-directed music video were celebrated internationally, winning awards and resonating deeply with audiences.

In 2025, she reimagined Never Too Late by Three Days Grace — an homage to the early 2000s rock that helped her survive and thrive during her early years in the U.S.

On June 27, 2025, Sima Galanti dropped her fierce new single Free Ride alongside an AI-powered music video. Fusing raw rock energy with dark electronic textures, Free Ride is more than a song — it’s a statement.

Written and performed by Sima, the track tells the story of a bold, battle-tested woman who’s done being taken for granted — and now sits firmly in the driver’s seat of her own life.

With razor-sharp lyrics, she calls out manipulators — especially men who expect access without effort. “This song is a middle finger to those who thought they could take a free ride through my life,” she says, “and a spotlight for women everywhere to own their story and power.”

Blending gritty guitar riffs with cinematic electronic undertones, Free Ride delivers a fresh alt-rock sound rooted in resilience and self-worth. Its AI-generated visuals bring that message to life with futuristic edge and emotional force.

From Tel Aviv to New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, Sima’s journey has shaped her voice — unfiltered, unafraid, and deeply personal. As a songwriter, director, and producer, Free Ride marks a defining moment in her evolution: independent, empowered, and impossible to ignore.

Looking ahead, Sima will release “Broken Wings” on October 10, 2025, featuring Palestinian musician Naser Musa and Kobi Farhi of the Israeli Oriental metal band Orphaned Land. Sung in English, Hebrew, and Arabic, the powerful collaboration blends cultures and voices to inspire healing and bridge divides through the unifying force of music.
